Is "unlimited envelopes" really unlimited?
Yes, on Solo, Team and Business. We only step in for automated sending that looks like spam, and we'll email you before changing anything.
Are eDocYouSign signatures legally binding?
Signatures are built to meet the US ESIGN Act and UETA, and every envelope carries a completion certificate and audit trail you can show a court or auditor.
Can I bring templates from my current e-sign tool?
Import them during setup. Fields, signer roles and routing order carry over, and our team will rebuild any that don't import cleanly at no charge.
What happens to my price at renewal?
It stays at the price you signed up for. Any future list price change applies to new customers, and existing accounts get 90 days' notice.
Do signers need an account?
No. Signers open the link from their email or text, sign on any device and get a copy of the finished document.
